More Evidence of Gopher Fossils

A little about gophers:

Most gophers have brown fur that often closely matches the color of the soil in which they live. Their most characteristic feature is their large cheek pouches, from which the word "pocket" in their name derives. These pouches are fur-lined, and can be turned inside out. They extend from the side of the mouth well back onto the shoulders. They have small eyes and a short, hairy tail, which they use to feel around tunnels when they walk backwards.

For a living Gopher picture to compare with the fossils Toby and I found go here.

Mother Gopher Battles Snake to Save Her Babies

The Evidence. Toby and I Track a Man from the Past

My Son and I were tracking A Gentleman from the past, when We found the Fossils, Believing the Gentleman would have seen the fossils as well. The People referred to in the story were researched using available historical resources, folklore and the old words. Most is supposition and should be considered fiction. It is to be taken as a report from a Scout in the field, expertise is not with words, but the ability to follow the path, see the sign's and report.

The Fossil evidence referred to in the story, is in a form that is considered rare. It is possibly the fossil form may be underestimated. There are also indications as to how the specimens fossilized. The specimens were surface collected, and can not be considered to be found in Context. However other evidence collected indicate an event and event's and possibly provide context.

Clothes fresh, face shaved, bath by the stream, and cologne. When contact was made, They were shocked by his cleanliness, and pleased by his and pretty smell.
